Founded by Steven Lowrie, whose career is deeply rooted in frontline social work, positive behaviour support and transformative organisational leadership across Australia and the UK, we are committed to reshaping service delivery through community, family and lived experience.

The need for change...

Across Australia, disability and aged care systems face profound challenges. Fragmented services, outdated practices and rigid structures too often leave people disconnected, underserved and unseen. Persistent inequalities rooted in outdated approaches result in limited opportunities, isolation and diminished quality of life for individuals and their families. Steven Lowrie’s professional qualifications including a BA (Hons) in Social Work (Disability and Safeguarding), Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management and 27 years of expertise in the sector underpin our consultancy. His extensive experience in frontline practice, strategic management and leadership roles equips our team to support organisations effectively through tailored, transformative frameworks grounded in human rights and contemporary best practices.
